DESCRIPTION

Your impact:
As an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer you’ll focus on automating application testing of the next-generation capital markets' platform for alternative investments. This means you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team, from Product Design and Engineering to test applications, document findings, and triage bug tickets. This position will also contribute to improving QA processes. The QA Automation Engineer will play a critical role in making our platform more reliable and robust for our internal team and for our clients!
REQUIREMENTS

About you:
  • 4+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance engineering role working on agile teams
  • Experience with test automation methodology, frameworks, tools, and services
  • Proficiency with tools such as Selenium and JUnit
  • Engineering mindset and comfortable with RESTful APIs, third-party tools (auth0, AWS), SQL databases, and browser’s developer tools
  • Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, JavaScript, or Java, and able to write automated tests, scripts, and tools
  • Proven experience with development tools like VSCode, build automation systems, source control, UI test automation frameworks, etc.
  • Ability to learn a complex alternative investments software suite, consisting of multiple product lines
  • Able to take the perspective of a variety of internal and external users
  • Intermediate English speaker

Background in the Fintech industry and experience with complex technical integrations (APIs, web services) as well as cloud platforms is very appreciated.
